GIMP



A few days ago we did a work of GIMP which consist of adding elements into a background image.You can find pictures on the internet and paste them into the background image adding layers.

When  you have done, you can change the color of the image .
GIMP I think it is very useful and also you can do some pictures very beautifull.
There  are some examples I have made:

WHAT IS A "QR" CODE?



A QR code (quick response code), is useful for storing information in a two-dimensional bar code created by Japanese corporation Denso Wave, a subsidiary of Toyota, in 1994 module.

Characterized by the three squares that are in the corners and to detect the position of the code reader. The "QR" is derived from the acronym English phrase Quick Response, as the creators had intended the code to allow its contents to be read at high speed.

QR Codes are common in Japan, where they are the most popular two-dimensional code in there.



WHAT IS PHUBBING?


Phubbing is a term that appeared in 2007 with smartphones that relates to the use of smartphone in the presence of others.
The term originated in the U.S. to put words together (phone) and (snubbing).


Causes:

It is now common to see very young children with a mobile phone and they don’t have any education on this topic, there is no way to eradicate this problem.


Currently, 87% of teens prefer to communicate in writing rather than face to face way.

WHAT IS "SELFIE"?


It is a photo that is taken of oneself for the purpose of uploading it to social networking sites and image sharing websites, such as Facebook, Instagram, twitter, tuenti.....

To take a selfie, the arm is extended with the camera held backwards.

The selfie shows the person's arm is shown extended in front holding the camera or smartphone device.

"Selfie" has become the word of the year, announced the executive of the Oxford Dictionary in English, because their use has increased by 17,000 percent in the last year.
